CC Regular Session <br />Meeting Date: 09/13/2011 <br />By: Jo Thieling, Administrative Services <br />5. 7. <br />Title: <br />Approve Memorial Site Easement Agreement - Ramsey Rotary and the City of Ramsey <br />Background: <br />In August 2010, the City Council adopted a resolution recognizing the Ramsey Rotary Commemorative Park <br />Project. the resolution included a provision that the Ramsey Rotary would enter into a maintenance agreement for <br />the site with the City of Ramsey. The agreement was drafted by the City Attorney as per Council direction, <br />however, it was never placed on an agenda for formal approval.
