Efficient aq~d functional Police addition with Police operations on the u'pper <br /> level and tl~e squad garage and evidence/property storage on the lower level. <br /> <br />2. Optimum p[ublic service location for the Police Department on the upper level <br /> of City Hall. <br /> <br />3. Both the P~lice and Fire Station additions can be accomplished with minimal <br /> disruption to City Hall, <br /> <br />4. Relocation iof Planning, Engineering, and Inspections to the Public Works <br /> Facility wil~ free-up area in lower level City Hall for conference and meeting <br /> space. <br /> <br />5. Land use ~nd site size will accommodate Public Works in a new facility and <br /> provide adequate vehicle and equipment storage, maintenance, and support <br /> areas. <br /> <br />6.
