Efficient and ~functional Police addition with Police operations on the upper <br /> level and the!squad garage and evidence/property storage on the lower level. <br /> <br />Optimum public service location for the Police Department and on the upper <br />level of City ~all. <br /> <br />Both the Poli~e, Fire, and Public Works expansions can be accomplished with <br />minimal disruption to City Hall. <br /> <br />Relocation ofi Planning, Engineering, and Inspections to the Public Works <br />Facility will f~ee-up area in lower level City Hall for conference and meeting <br />space. <br /> <br />Land use andi site size will accommodate Public Works in a new facility.and <br />provide adequate vehicle and equipment storage, maintenance, and support <br />areas. ; <br /> <br />Site plan COnr.Cept provide direct access to Public Works administration from the <br />City Hall lobbly.
