Projecti Description <br />This proposal i~ for year two of continued development of a comprehensive community forest <br />management pi, for the City of R amsey. Year one resulted in a tree cover type map including oak <br />wilt infections ~'ked, and a species inventory. This will include an aerial 35mm survey in the <br />summer ~or: a) update in year one forestry plan, b) review for new disease problems, and <br />c) enter :993 and 1994 data to existing forest cover overlay (to be digitized for usc in <br />compute ized mapping system). Consultants will make recommendations <br />and pro, de field training for three City tree inspectors, and add ground proofing with <br />invpectio~as to l~am~ey forest cover map.
