Ace will ~tfive to provide a quality service at a <br />comp~tivc rat~. The contract rate of $1.27 per household for twdve months is acceptable. I do <br />encourage the qity to evaluate the advantages of an eighteen month contract. <br /> <br /> 1. The ~mpefitive price of $1.27 per household would be secured for an additional 6 <br /> <br /> 2. On J~uary 1, 1995 Arm will introduce our new Simple Sort recycling program. <br /> $imp~ Sort allows residents to mix recyclablos in just Three category's. This saves <br /> thernftime and space which ~hould increase reCYcling participation by 15%. This new <br /> servi~ will require that Ace purchase new state of't. he art recycle equipment. <br /> <br /> 3.' Ace iubmitted a proposal to pick up brush curbside from'residents on ,, one time basis. <br /> The ~e to provide this service would be waived. This represents an $800 value. <br /> <br /> <br />
