ON-SALE AND SUNDAY LIQUOR LICENSE <br />RI~QUEST BY AMERICAN GOLF CORPORATION, INC. <br />THE LINKS AT NORTHFORK <br /> By: Mike Auspos, Police Chief <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br />Backgroun~l: <br /> <br />American G~lf Corporation Inc., (AGC) has applied for an On-Sale/Sunday Sales Liquor <br />License. Th~s is for a new license at an existing site; The Links at Northfork, 9333 - 153rd <br />Avenue N.V~., Ramsey. <br /> ,, <br />All requiremgnts of the City Ordinance have been met with the exception of providing proof <br />of liquor liability insurance. I was informed by the attorney working with AGC that this <br />would be fo.t~eoming. All fees have been paid for this license year (1993 - 1994). Since <br />AGC has pa id the full year's fee, $4,200.00, and if approved tonight the license will have <br />only two mc nths to run prior to expiration, there will be a balance due to AGC. We will <br />work with th~m to either hold that balance as part payment for the 1994 - 1995 Iieense year <br />or refund ther balance. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is reccmmending approval of the license contingent upon receipt of proof of liquor <br />liability insumnce that meets ordinance requirements. <br /> <br />Council A~:tion: <br /> <br />Motion to a ~prove the On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License for The Links at Northfork, <br />request by ~ anerican Golf Corporation, Inc., contingent upon supplying proof of liquor <br />liability insu ~nce that meets ordinance requirements.
