CASE # <br /> <br /> [ <br />LIONS ~ICNIC/APPLICATION FOR A ONE-DAY 3.2 BEER LICENSE <br /> By: Jessie Hart, Finance Officer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The Ramsey Li~ns are again applying for a one-day, 3.2 beer license for the Community Picnic <br />that is scheduled for Saturday, June 4, 1994 at Central Park. The Ramsey Lions have provided all <br />of the necessary~documents required regarding issuance of this type of license. Under City Code, <br />it is a permissib!e activity to grant a non-intoxicating malt liquor license to the Ramsey Lions Club <br />for this event. <br /> <br />As in the past, {he Ramsey Lions Club is also requesting waiver of the $25.00 fee for such an <br />event.
