Board of Review met on Monday, April I 1, 1994. Councilmembers <br />Peterson, H~ a'din and Zimmerman were present, along with City Administrator Ryan <br />Schroeder, I nd Mark Donnelly and Scott Varner from the Anoka County Assessor's <br />Office. The~ were no citizens present, however, Mr. Donnelly had been contacted by the <br />following two residents. <br /> <br />Debra That~ ,her, 17555 Unicom Street N.W., Ramsey - property valuation $81,300 - <br />asked that h ~r valuation be reviewed. Mr. Donnelly had an appointment to review her <br />property on ~pril 18, 1994. <br /> <br />Everette On,itt, 6411 - 154th Lane N.W., Ramsey - property valuation $68,300 - asked <br />that his valt~afion be reviewed.
