ORDINANCE #11 -12 <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER <br />117 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISIONS CHAP- <br />TER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, <br />MINNESOTA. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />SECTION 117 -90 "MAP" OF CHAP- <br />TER 117 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br />The following legally described <br />properties or portions thereof, are <br />hereby rezoned from B -1 General <br />Business to R -3 Residential. <br />That part of the Southeast <br />Quarter of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 25, Town- <br />, ship 32, Range 25, lying <br />westerly of the center line of <br />Trunk Highway No. 47, <br />except part platted as Birch <br />Hill Lodges, also except part <br />platted as CIC No. 129 Birch <br />Hill Lodges, together with <br />that part of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Southwest Quar- <br />ter of said section lying west- <br />erly of center line of Trunk <br />Highway No. 47 and lying <br />north and northeast, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. <br />.Or upon recording- <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Stoney River <br />(the "Subject Property") <br />SECTION 2. MAP <br />The City is hereby instructed to <br />cause this amendment to be shown <br />on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map ", <br />which map was adopted pursuant to <br />Section 117 -90 of the Ramsey City <br />Code. <br />SECTION 3.
