NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />RELATED TO THE ADOPTION OF A <br />MULTI -FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING <br />PROGRAM FOR THE HOUSING AND <br />REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY <br />IN AND FOR THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br />AND THE APPROVAL OF A HOUSING <br />DEVELOPMENT PROJECT <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that <br />the Board of Commissioners of The <br />Housing and Redevelopment Author- <br />ity in and for the City of Ramsey, <br />Minnesota (the "HRA") will meet in <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 <br />Sunwood Drive, Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, <br />beginning at approximately 8:00 <br />p.m. central daylight time, to hold a <br />public hearing on and to consider <br />adoption of a certain Multi -Family <br />Rental Housing Program for the HRA <br />(the "Housing Program"), and the <br />approval of a "Housing Development <br />Project," all pursuant to and in accor- <br />dance with the provisions of Minne- <br />sota Statutes, Chapter 469, including <br />without limitation Sections 469.017 <br />and 469.0171 thereof, and the appli- <br />cable provisions of Minnesota Stat- <br />utes, Chapter 462C. <br />The Housing Program relates to <br />efforts proposed to be undertaken by <br />or on behalf of the HRA to assist in <br />providing financing for a multi -family <br />rental housing project within the City <br />of Ramsey for persons and families of <br />moderate income.
