The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember Wise <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Tossey <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />That the City Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka <br />County Auditor's Office on or before Thursday, September 15, 2011. <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Backous <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 13th day of September, 2011. <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #11- 09 -XXX <br />Page2of2 <br />
