Mayor Ramsey introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11 -09 -161 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE "PROPOSED" 2012 CITY OF RAMSEY GENERAL <br />FUND OPERATING BUDGET <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the "Proposed" annual budget of the City of Ramsey for the fiscal year beginning <br />January 1, 2012 is hereby adopted for the General Fund as follows: <br />GENERAL FUND <br />Revenues: <br />Property Taxes $ 7,121,835 <br />Licenses and Permits 440,320 <br />Intergovernmental Revenues 305,300 <br />Charges for Services 549,420 <br />Fines and Forfeitures 108,000 <br />Other Revenues- <br />Interest Earnings 80,000 <br />Miscellaneous 30,500 <br />Other Financing Sources 1,054,616 <br />Total Revenues $a,991 <br />Operating and Capital Expenditures: <br />General Government $ 2,322,752 <br />Public Safety 4,378,767 <br />Public Works 1,827,663 <br />Parks and Recreation 918,945 <br />Contingency 44,942 <br />Other Financing Uses 196,922 <br />Total Operating and Capital Expenditures X6 991 <br />2) That the City Clerk be directed to transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the Anoka <br />County Auditor's office on or before Thursday, September 15, 2011. <br />
