Recommendation: <br />The Planning Commission held a public hearing for this request at their September 8, 2011 meeting and there were <br />no written or verbal comments received. The Planning Commission recommended approving the request with the <br />understanding that it was imperative for the clientele to be able to locate this facility and because it served local and <br />regional clientele.
