AUTHO IIZATION FOR STAKING ON <br /> By: Steven Jankowski, <br /> <br /> CASE # <br /> <br />PHASE II; SUNWOOD DRIVE <br />City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: ? <br /> <br />On October 12, i993, after considering proposals from four consultants for providing engineering <br />services in conjBnction with the development of Sunwood Drive, Council selected Hakanson <br />Anderson to pro~,ide the various work elements associated with the design and construction of the <br />roadway. As yc~u may recall, the construction of the roadway was divided into two phases, with <br />Phase I being th~ segment between Wood Pond Hills and County Road #57, which is scheduled to <br />initiate constru~ion this year, and Phase II being that portion between County Road #57 and <br />County Road #1 ~6, currently scheduled for construction to be completed in 1996. <br /> <br />This summer, Waste Management will be completing the work associated with the final <br />abandonment of~e landfill. A considerable amount of grading will occur and Waste Management <br />has agreed to perform the rough grading associated with Phase II of the construction of Sunwood <br />Drive in conjunclion with their landfill abandonment. In order to accomplish this rough grading, a <br />substantial amou]m of grade stakes will be required.
