hereby created shall serve as the Watershed Management Organization for the <br />Lower Rum River Watershed and shall carry out all of the duties and <br />responsibilities outlined in Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.201 through <br />103B.251, bo~h inclusive. <br /> <br />DEFINITIONS <br /> <br /> III. <br /> <br /> For the purposes of this Agreement, the terms used herein shall <br />have the meanings as defined in this article. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. "Commission" means the organization created by <br />this agreemeht, the full name of which is "Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management CQmmission." It shall be a public agency of its members and a <br />watershed management organization as defined in Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 103B~211. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 2. "Board" means the Board of commissioners of the <br />Commission, Gonsisting of one commissione~ or one alternate commissioner <br />from each of the governmental units which is a party to this agreement and <br /> <br />which shall be the governing body of the Commission. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 3. "Council" means the governing <br />governmentaliunit which is a member of this Commission. <br /> <br />body of a <br /> <br />Subdivision 4.
