by ResolutiOn recommend that the Commission be dissolved. Said Resolution <br />shall be submitted to each member governmental unit and if ratified by <br />three-fourths of the councils of all eligible members within 60 days, said <br /> <br />Board shall ~issolve the Commission allowing a reasonable time to complete <br /> ? <br />work in progress and to dispose of personal property owned by the <br /> <br />Commission. <br /> <br />DISSOLUTION <br /> <br />XI. <br /> <br /> Upo~dissolution of the Commission, all property of the Commission <br />shall be sold and the proceeds thereof, together with monies on hand, shall <br />be distributed to the eligible members of the Commission. Such <br />distribution~of Commission assets shall be made in proportion to the total <br /> <br />contributioni to the Commission as required by the last annual budget. <br /> <br /> EFFECTIV~ DA~E <br /> <br />XII. <br /> <br /> This~agreement shall be in full force and effect upon the filing of <br />a certified Copy of the resolution approving said agreement by all four <br />members for the Lower Rum River Watershed area to be governed by this <br /> <br />Agreement. Said resolution shall be filed with the City Manager of the <br />City of Anok~, who shall notify all members in writing of its effective <br />date. The ef~fective date of the new amended Joint Powers Agreement shall <br />be when approved by all the Cities and when the Mayor and other authorized <br />City representatives have executed the amended agreement. <br /> <br /> INWITNESSWHEREOF, the undersigned governmental units, by action <br />of their governing bodies, have caused this'agreement to be executed in <br />accordance wi~h the authority of Minnesota Statutes, Sections 103B.211 and <br /> <br />471.59. <br /> <br /> <br />
