Sec. 4?3.8?9. <br />The authority of a Watershed District under Minnesota <br />Statqtes, Chapter 112, to regulate the use and <br />develBpment of the land when one or more of the <br />following conditions exist: <br /> <br />1) L6cal government unit exercising planning and zoning <br /> authority over land under sections M.S.
