Within sixty (60) days the <br />governing bodie~ of the parties shall take action upon any matter <br />referred for ragification. <br /> <br /> 5.7 FinanCial Matters: <br /> <br /> Subdivisio~ i Method of Operation: The Organization ma7 <br />collect and recdive money and services subject to the provisions <br />of this Agreement from the parties and from any other sources <br /> <br />approved by the iOrganization and it may incur expenses and make <br />expenditures and~ disbursements necessary and incidental to the <br />effectuation of ~he purposes of this Agreement. Funds may be <br />expended by the Organization in accordance with procedures <br />established here~n. Orders, checks and draft~k shall be signed by <br />the chair or vic~-chair and the treasurer.
