operating budget according to the following formula: <br /> <br /> = the party's percentage share <br /> <br /> of the Organization budget. <br /> <br />PA = partyi's area within-the watershed area. <br /> <br />WA = watershed organization area. <br /> <br />PV = party, s valuation within the watershed area. <br /> <br />WV = watershed organization's valuation. <br /> : <br /> Subdivisidn 4 - Review Services: When the Organization is <br /> <br />authorized or ~equested to undertake a review and submit <br />recommendation~ to an applicant as provided in this Agreement, <br />the Organization shall conduct such review, without charge, <br />e×cept as provided below. Where the project size and complexity <br />of review are d~¢med by the Organization to be substantial, the <br />Organization m.a~ charge a fee for such review services, the <br />amount to be ba~ed upon direct and indirect '~osts attributable to <br />that portion or,review services determined by the Organization to <br />be substantial. Where the Organization determines that a fee <br />will be charged ifor substantial review services, the applicant to <br />be charged shall' receive written notice from the Organization of <br />the services to ~e performed and the fee therefor, prior to <br />undertaking such~ review services. Prior to undertaking such <br /> <br />review, the applicant' shall pay the review fee. <br /> <br /> 5.8 Annual Accounts: The Organization shall make a full <br />and complete financial accounting and report to. each party <br />annually.
