The Orgahization is further authorized to undertake capital <br /> <br />improvement p~ojects within the Area when such projects are <br />ratified by e~ch party to this Agreement. When the Organization <br />determines toiundertake such. a project, the costs of such project <br />shall be the o~bligation of the Organization and not of the <br />parties to thi~ Agreement. The Organization shall not certify <br />for payment byithe County under M.S. 473.883 any part of the cost <br /> <br />of a capital i~provement unless such certification is ratified by <br />each party to ~his agreement. <br /> <br /> 5.12 Insurance: The Commission may purchase property and <br />public liabiity~insurance as it may deem necessary. <br /> <br /> 3.15 Gene~a!: The Organization may rake all such other <br />actions as are' ~easonably necessary and convenient to carry out <br />the purposes of ~this Agreement. <br /> <br /> SECTION IV <br /> <br /> Termination of Agreement <br /> <br /> ~.1 This A~reement may be terminated by approval of two- <br />thirds vote of t~e governing bodies of each party hereto, <br />provided that alli such approvals occur within a ninety (90) day <br /> <br />period. Withdrawal of any party may be accomplished by filing <br /> <br />written notice wi~h the Organization and other parties sixty (60) <br />days prior to the~effective date of the withdrawal.
