Councilmember! <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #94-05. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPEI2IFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-02 <br />(SEALCOATI~qG AND CRACK FILLING OF PINE COVE ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 22, 1994, fixed a date <br />for a Council h{aring on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Pine Cove <br />Addition (Projex~t ~t94-02); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHERI~AS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the h~aring was held thereon on March 22, 1994, at which time all persons desiring to <br />be heard were g~ven an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THERI~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such in!.provement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br /> February, 22, 1994. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement.
