Councilmember~ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoptiom <br />RESOLUTION #94-05: <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO~q ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPECIIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #94-09 <br />(SEALCOATING AND CRACK FILLING OF RIVERWOOD HILLS PLAT 1) <br /> <br /> WHERI~AS, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 22, 1994, fixed a date <br />for a Council h~aring on the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling Riverwood <br />Hills Plat 1 (Project ~t94-09); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given, and the h.~aring was held thereon on March 22, 1994, at which time all persons desiring to <br />be heard were g~en an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEYi ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted <br /> February. 22, 1994. <br /> <br />2) .City Engineer Steven J. Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> ?mprove~ent.
