There were no verbal or written comme~tg submitted at the hearing. However, City Staff did receive a telephone cai1 on June 6 from Pmfl Bryzinsld of Capco indicating a desire that the City require that the temporary sn-ucmre be pla=ed behind the fence line parallel to Cry. 116. The response of the Commission was that placem :nt of the traiter behind the fence line would obsmact access to the loading doors of the main fadlky ;..
