movcd for the adoption of thc following findings of f~cu <br />RESOLUTION $$94.06. <br /> <br />A RES~)LUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO <br />A RE(~UEST FOR AN INTERIM USE PERMIT F~A TEMPORARY <br />OFFIC[E STRUCTURE ON THE PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS <br />6300 INDUSTRY AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has <br /> properl3~ applied for an Interim Use Pexmit for plaeement of a temporary office structure to <br /> on the p,t'operty generally known as 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. and legally described as <br /> follows:l <br /> <br /> Tract C, Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also <br /> ~xcept road subject to easement of record. <br /> T~HOEW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br /> MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br /> .~. blic hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on June 6, <br /> 1~94 and that said public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of <br /> s'_ldd public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. T~at the subject property is located in the Industrial District and is approximately <br /> 3i8 acres in size. .,,.. <br /> <br />3. 2'~hat the Applicant is proposing to place a 10' x 50' portable office structure on the <br /> s ~nbject property. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant has stated that the purpose of the temporary structure is to <br /> p~ovide additional office space on the subject property until a new facility to house <br /> 1.4stul Industries can be constructed in the City. <br /> <br />5. That utilization of temporary structures is not a permitted use in any zone in the City <br /> of, Ramsey. <br /> <br />6. That the Applicant has stated that the temporary structure will be kept on the subject <br /> p~:oper~y for approximately one year to allow sufficient time to construct a larger <br /> fgcitity in Rarnsey. <br /> <br />7. T~at the properties to the south, west and ,east are also zoned Industrial and the <br /> p~operty t.o the north is proposed to be rezoned to R-1 Urban Residential, R-3 <br /> U~ban Residential and B-1 Business. <br /> '. <br />8. Th~at the proposed temporary structure has already been located on the site. <br /> <br />9.
