introduced the following m~olution ~ moved for its adoption: <br />PROPOSED RESOLUTION #94-06- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT <br /> FOR A TEMPORARY STRUCTURE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> WHEI~EAS, Lisml Industries, Inc. has properly applied for an interim use permit for a <br />temporary struqmre for the purposes of providing additional office space on the property generally <br />known as 6300!Indusu-y Avenue N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Tract Ci Registered Land Survey No. 30, except the west 169.41 feet thereof, also except <br /> road sul~ect to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesot~ <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 6, 1994, conducted the public <br /> hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> NOW ~'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF R~MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based o.~ Findings of Fact #. , an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby <br /> granted [o the Listul Industries, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Pern'fit Holder", at 6300 <br /> Industry!Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />2. This perlrfit shall terminate on June 30, 1995 <br /> <br />3. The size, type of construction and placement of the temporary structure shall be in <br /> accordaqce with the one (I) sheet site plan dated 5/19/94 and the one (1) sheet structure <br /> drawing pated 2/14/94. <br /> <br />4. The temporary structure shall comply with all appl'ibable Building Code and Fire Code <br /> regulaticr~s and standards for such sumctures. The Permit Holder shall be responsible for <br /> obtaininI all necessary permits, includkng a building permit, prior to moving the sumcmre <br /> onto the properrs. Said building permit will not be issued until ail financial obligations <br /> relating this permit and the application escrow account have been sadsifieck <br /> <br />5. The Pen ~it holder shall be responsible for ail City costs incurred in administering and <br /> enforcin this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by <br /> the City ~.nd failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit <br /> the City!to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> Furtherrr~re, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration <br /> date of tills permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the <br /> application escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary <br /> structure ~as been removed from the property. <br /> <br />6. The Perr~it Holder shall provide off-street parking on the site for all employees and <br /> customer. · . <br /> <br />7. The City ~dministrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for comp~ance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> <br />
