Upon satisfactory completion of the trail <br />construction, as determined by the City Engineer, and presentation of supporting cost <br />documentation, the CITY will credit the sewer and water trunk charges to the Plat in an <br />amount equal to the cost of trail construction beyond the plat boundary. <br /> <br />Bou}evard ~and Area Restoration, The DEVELOPER shall be responsible for the <br />cost of establishing seed or sod in all boulevards within thirty (30) days of the completion <br />of the street improvements, and restoring all other areas disturbed by the development <br />grading operation in accordance with the approved erosion and sediment control plan. The <br />DEVELOPER shall also be responsible for the cost of cleaning any soil, earth or debris <br />from the wetlands withkn and adjacent to this Plat resulting from grading performed in the <br />development of the land. <br /> <br />Requirements After Street Surfacing, After the street surfacing is installed, the <br />DEVELOPERS shall clear any soil, earth, or debris from the streets and from the lots <br />within the Plat resulting from any construction on the Subject Property by the <br />DEVELOPER or their successors and assigns. <br /> <br />Stage I Improvements Completion Date, <br />be on or before October 15, 1994. <br /> <br />The Improvement completion date shall <br /> <br />Actmisition of 14250 .Sunfish L~a_.k.e. B[yd. N.W. As an enhancement to the Plat, <br />the DEVELOPER herein a~ees to acquire the property and building at 14250 Sunfish <br />Lake Blvd. N.W. Said building shall be demolished and removed from the site in a timely <br />manner and the property shall be made a part of the Plat. Credit for acquisition costs will <br />not be executed until the DEVELOPER provides the CITY with proof of property <br />ownership and the required demolition and removal of debris is complete as determined by <br />the City Engineer. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Satisfaction of' Sewer and Water Trunk Charges. Contingent upon approval of an <br />amendment to the Development Plan for Tax Increment District #2, the CITY herein agrees <br />to credit the DEX, rELOPER for the cost of sewer and water trunk extensions in the amount <br />of $52,040.00.
