On the memo attached to the Plan was a request for comments. <br />: Schroeder discussed the Plan with the Personnel Committee at their regular <br />rig, at which time the Committee suggested that staff bring back the completed <br />review by the Personnel Committee. <br /> <br />The Plan, which[has been attached for review, has considered the following Council and <br />Committee statements: <br /> 1. Ke4p taxes at a reasonable level, <br /> 2. Lir~ted increases in operational costs to the extent possible, <br /> 3. Do./l, 't in~nr~ase shafting unless no other alternatives exist to meet service demand; <br /> 4. Inc~ ase attention to technological and training improvements. <br />The recommendataons assume the population growth (thus service demand) projected in the <br />Residential Fore~ast document.
