In 1989 Ramsey Was home to 11,800 persons. This will have grown to approximately 18,700 by <br />1998. The compl~ment of 3I positions in 1989 is projected to grow as a result to 47.7 in 1998. <br />Of course, variances in population, housing, infrastructure and business growth from expected <br />levels will impactistaffing requirements. This planning document, however, allows Council and <br />the public the opportunity to review the staff visioning for the future service demands and requests <br />for staffing changes. While this is not a static plan, departments will forecast program service <br />delivery based upon expectations of staffing levels within this plan. <br /> <br />Attached as exhibits are: <br /> 1.
