Councilmembcr <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTIO <br />SPECIFICATI; <br />IMPROVEME <br />BROOK ESTAi <br /> <br />1_ <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g94-06-, <br /> <br />N APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND <br />DNS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR <br />,IT PROJECT #94-01 (SEALCOAT AND CRACK FILL FORD <br />['ES3RD ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHERE~S, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on May 24, <br />1994, the City Engineer has prepared contract documents and specifications for the sealcoating and <br />crack filling of FOrd Brook Estates 3rd Addition and has presented such contract documents and <br />specifications to t. be Council for approval. <br /> <br />NOW THEREI~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That suchi contract documents and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> made a pa~'t hereof, are hereby approved, <br /> <br />2) That the ~rity Administrator shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and <br /> in the C~>nstruction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br /> improvement under such approved contract documents and specifications. The <br /> advertiseraent shall be published for 21 days, shall specify the work to be done, shall state <br /> that bids ~vill be received by the City Administrator until 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 1994 at <br /> which time they will be publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal <br /> Center b, the City Engineer and the City Clerk (or their representatives), will then be <br /> tabulater{ and will be considered by the Ramsey City Council at 7:30 p.m. on July 12, <br /> 1994 in ~e Council Chambers. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned during <br /> considerallon of the bid will be given an opportunity t'o address the Council on the issue of <br /> responsi~ility.
