Councilmember~ introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-06-_ RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT # !94-19 (REALIGNMENT OF FELDSPAR STREET N.W. BETWEEN STATE HIGHWAY gl0 AND RIVERDALE DRIVE N.W.) WHER]~AS, the City has approved Phase 1 of the Rivenwick subdivision which requires the realignment Df Feldspar Street between State Highway #10 and Riverdale Drive N.W.; and WHEREAS, the City, at this time, is planning for the realignment of this section of Feldspar Street N.W.; and WHERe;AS, the developer of Rivenwick and the owner of the adjacent property have indicated an interest in the completion of this improvement. NOW THEREIFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEYi ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That thelproject is hereby referred to Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, and he is instructed to prepa4'e a feasibility study for the City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council jna preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to the cost pf the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other improvement. 2) That the!above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project g94- 19.
