Emerald Pond Park.,[ Flintwood Hills Park and River's Bend Park. in 1996, it is proposed that <br />Flintwood Hills Par,k, at the intersection of Dysprosium Street N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W., <br />receive a 5;32,000 pl}yground and shelter improvement utilizing Landfill Trust Fund dollars. As <br />this subdivision was} a Tax Increment Project, it also would be eligible for improvements out of <br />that fund if revenuesl become available.
