Emerald Pond Park.,[ Flintwood Hills Park and River's Bend Park. in 1996, it is proposed that Flintwood Hills Par,k, at the intersection of Dysprosium Street N.W. and 142nd Avenue N.W., receive a 5;32,000 pl}yground and shelter improvement utilizing Landfill Trust Fund dollars. As this subdivision was} a Tax Increment Project, it also would be eligible for improvements out of that fund if revenuesl become available. The last projected improvement in this district is a 1996, g51,000 Park Trust [Fund improvement entitled The Sunfish Lake Trail, which is intended to connect to the Wood Pond Hills trail system and the Ramsey Elementao' School concurrent with the development ofiavailable land north of Sunfish Lake Drive N.W., south of 153rd Avenue N.W. and east of Suflfish Lake Boulevard N.W.
