Project ~tt9 - Trott~ Brook <br /> <br />Trott Brook is the p~xk dismct between Variotite Street N.W. and Ramsey Boulevard N.W. north <br />of 153rd Avenue N.W. and south of Trott Brook. Currently located in the dismct are the Traprock <br />and Titterud Parks.! It is proposed that in 1996, from the Landfill Trust Fund, $12,000 be <br />a/located to pave the ITitterud parking lot. <br /> [ <br /> <br /> Project - T~o/! Brook Year ~ <br /> Tinerud park~mg lot 1996 $ 12,000 - LFT <br /> <br /> $12,000 <br /> ( <br /> <br />Project #10 - Thc Rum River District <br /> <br />In 1992, the Rum t~ver district, located east of Trunk Highway g47, south of Trott Brook and <br />north of 153rd Av~hue N.W., received the aevelopment of Bear Park off Roanoke Street and <br />Woodland Green i~provements south of 157th Avenue N.W. and west of Yakima Street N. . It <br />is proposed that in ~996, from Landfill Trust Funds, $10,000 be allocated to pave the Bear Park <br />parking lot serving ~e 1992 development of the ballfield. <br /> <br />Project - l~um River District Year ~ <br />Bearparking. lot 1996 $ 10,000- LFI' <br /> <br />$10,000 <br /> <br />Project #11 - The Marble District <br /> <br />The Marble d/smc~ is located south of 153rd Avenue N.W., west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br />N.W. and east of R~msey Boulevard. Currently there is some park development in this district at <br />Peltzer Park. It is c~ntemptated that within this Capital Improvements Pro~a.m in the year 1996, <br />$97,000 will be set/tside in order to realize initiation of development of a si~cant ballfield area <br />just south of 153rd _~venue N.W. and west of Sunfish Lake Boulevard. Develovment of this area <br />w/il provide for an ~ternarive concentrated play and tommament area for youth b~eball and softball <br />activities to CenrraliPark.
