This <br /> report ~hould be prepared in remote number order and provide <br /> all bi%ling detail for the current quarter, including a <br /> summary[by service codes billed that quarter. <br /> <br /> cash ReCeipts Report - this report should be provided to the <br /> city eaCh time a check is disbursed, from AEC to the City, for <br /> cash receipts in a given period of time. This report should <br /> includeI a summary of cash received broken down by seI-vice <br /> codes. <br /> <br /> Aooount~ Receivable Aging Report - this report should be <br /> provide~ to the City at least once per week, should list all <br /> account~ by service address, and indicate current and <br /> delinquent balances for each service address. In periods of <br /> heavy ~ctivity, the City may request this report twice per <br /> week. <br /> <br /> (3) Bi~ling Services Payment. The City shall remit payment <br />to AEC for b~lling services rendered within fifteen (15) days after <br />receipt of A~C's statement itemizing such services. <br /> <br /> (4) P~rformanoe by AEC. AEC agrees .that it will use its best <br />efforts to p~rform the Basic Services and the Optional Services if <br />elected by ~ity in accordance with the standards that it uses in <br />performing ~hese services for its own members. AEC's liability to <br /> <br />the City sh~ll be limited to its failure to comply with those <br /> <br />standards, iA~C specifically agrees that it will comply with all <br />state statu~es applicable to electric cooperatives governing ~'le <br />disconnection of utility services. <br /> <br /> (5) I~dependent Co~tractor. AEC is performing the services <br />agreed to here~n for ~he city as an independent contractor, and <br />nothing her~in shall create any association, partnership, or joint <br /> <br /> <br />
