Councilmember Pearson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON !56TH AVENUE DRAINAGE ON STREET <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council <br />adopted NovemJ0er 29, 1988, a report has been prepared bv Mr. Pete <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. wi. th <br />the stoz-m drainage improvement adjacent to 155t[~ <br />Rum River stoz-m sewer taxing district. <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council <br />on February 14, 1989 which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated Total Cost of Project <br /> <br />$2,500.00 <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO~ZED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> !) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the storm <br />drainage improvement in accordance with the report and the <br />financial of al! or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter and M.S. No. 444 at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $2,500.00. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmenfoer Peters0~ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> ~4ayor Reimann~ Counciimembers Pearson, Peterson, Cich, and Dekuca <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> None <br />.and the following abstained: <br /> None <br />and the following were absent: <br /> I~one <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopte~ by <br />the Ramsey City Council this the t4th day of February, !989. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Cit'y Admi~i st'rator ' <br /> <br /> <br />
