WHE}REAS, the Planning Commission met on July 5, 1994, conducted the public hearing and r~ommended City Council approval of the request. NOW' THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: Based on Findings of Fact # , an interim use permit for a temporary structure is hereby grant~ to City Wide Garage Door Company, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permit Holder"', at 6845 Highway #10 N.W. 2 . This permit shall terminate on June 15, 1995 The Permit holder shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcifig this interim use permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the Citl~ to draw upon any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. Furtherimore, to ensure the timely removal of the temporary structure prior to the expiration date of this permit, the Permit Holder shall maintain a minimum balance of $500.00 in the applica~on escrow account until such time as the permit has expired and/or the temporary structure has been removed from the property. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request.
