CASE <br /> <br />INTRODUCE ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY FROM INDUSTRIAL TO <br />R-1 URBAN RESIDENTIAL, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL (MR) AND B-2 <br />BUSINESS; ~CASE OF NORTH SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC. <br />By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Jack Menkveld of North Suburban Development has recently received final plat approval of <br />Sunfish Square:, The plat consists of 69 single family residential lots, and as noted throughout the <br />platting procesS, 8.7 acres of multiple residential units and 1 acre of commercial. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> ? <br /> <br />The property is~currently zoned Industrial and the rezoning to single family, multiple residential <br />and commerci~ is necessary to facilitate the approved plat. The Multiple Residential designation <br />allows up to 15:units per acre.
