Comprehensiv~ Plan for the City of Ramsey as part of the subdivider's request for Tax Increment Financing; and ~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the preliminary plat!for Chestnut Hill as per the City Engineer's review dated Ma>, 16, 1990; and WHEREAS, on June 12, 1990 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution ~t90-06- 178 approving l[he phasing plan for Chestnut Hill, Chestnut Pond, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; and WHEREAS, on April 13, 1993, the Ramsey City Council approved a revised preliminary plat for Chestnut Hill; and WHEREAS, on May 17, 1994, the Developer submitted an application for revised preliminary plat 7of Chestnut Hill and final plat approval of Chestnut Hill 5th Addition to redesign the last leg of 14~th Lane N.W. to avoid impact to wetlands; and WHERI~AS, on July 14, 1994, the Park and Recreation Commission reviewed the revised preliminary plat and recommended that the park dedication consist of park trail and cash. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY,~ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Chestnut Hill 5th Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember a~d upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the followingvoted against the same: and the followingabstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th of July, ~994.
