CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />ANOKA RAMSEY SPORTS CENTER, INC. <br /> <br />On July 26, 1994, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Anoka Sports <br />Center, Inc., dba Anoka Ramsey Sports Center, ("Perminee") to construct an 8,000 square foot <br />expansion to the accessory su'ucture ("Structure") on the property which is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Lot 1, Block 1, RIVERSIDE WEST, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />the ("Site"). <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered <br />engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code, <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE. The Structures shall be sited and contructed on the Site <br />as shown on the Site Plan submitted by the Permittee, which Site Plan consists of three (3) <br />sheets dated June 28, 1994, Revision July 18, 1994. <br /> <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS. The Permittee shall construct and install the <br />following Site improvements on the Site in accordance with the specifications and location <br />as shown on the Site Plan. The Required Improvements are as follows: <br /> <br />Bituminous driveways and maneuvering areas;,' <br />Concrete curbing; <br />Sire grading; <br />Sod and seed; <br />Establishment of new trees and relocation of existing trees; <br />Fire lanes; <br /> <br />The ("Required Improvements)". <br /> <br />FIRE LANES. Fire lanes shall be maintained on the Site. The exact location of these <br />items on the Site shall be as directed by the City's Fire Chief. <br /> <br />LIGHTING. Any lighting installed on the Structure or in the parking lot shall be <br />designed so as to deflect light away from Riverdale Street N.W., Feldspar Street N.W. and <br />Hwy. #10 N.W. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />BUILDING FACADE, The Perrrfittee agrees to construct all building faces of the same <br />material and finish as that of the existing structures as certified by the Zoning <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />TAX INCREMENT'FINANCING. Upon receipt of a Certificate of Occupancy for <br />the Structure, the City agrees to reimburse the Perrnittee the amount of Eight Thousand <br />Dollars and no cents ($8,000.00) toward site improvements, The Permittee a~ees to enter <br /> <br /> <br />
