PUBLIC HEARING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning Commission conducted a public hearing on Tuesday, June 6, 1994 at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota to hear input <br />regarding a request for an interim use permit for a temporary structure; case of Listul Industries, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Chairperson David Bawden <br />Commissioner Ben Deemer <br />Commissioner Terry Hendriksen <br />Commissioner Paul Holland <br />Commissioner Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioner Charles LaDue <br />Commissioner Michael Ten'3, <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />City Engineer Steven Jankowski <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden called the public hearing to order at 7:33 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Zoning Adrninisrrator Frolik stated that Listul Industries, Inc. has applied for an interim use permit <br />to place a temporary structure at 6300 Industry Avenue N.W. She explained the structure is <br />approximately 500 square feet in size and will be used to provide additional office space for the <br />operation until Listul can construct a new and larger facility in Ramsey. She advised that she <br />received a phone message from Paul Bryzinski of CAPCO, a business adjacent to Listul <br />Industries, requesting that the Commission consider requiring Listul to place the temporary <br />structure behind their fenceline. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer expressed concern regarding the parking situation. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to adjourn the <br />public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Holland, Hendriksen, <br />Deemer, and Thorud. Voting No: None.
