SOLUTIONS TO <br /> By: <br /> <br /> CASE <br /> <br />DRAINAGE CONCERNS IN SECTION #22 <br />Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the previgus Council meeting, Council directed Staff to review the information presented <br />by Mr. Te.rD/Hendriksen to identify issues and report back at this meeting with some <br />possible solutions. I believe the issue of what legal obligations the City has in this matter is <br />a subject to be discussed between the City Council and the City Attorney.
