CASE #__~._ <br /> <br />COUNTY ROAD #116 TRAILWAY EMINENT DOMAIN <br /> By: City Administrator Ryan Schroeder <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On May 10, 1994, Council authorized proceeding with acquisition of permanent park trail <br />easement by eminent domain for the County Road #116 trailway project. After a continuance, the <br />public purpose ihearing is currently scheduled for August 15, 1994. Council had previously <br />retained Evergreen Land Services to appraise the value of this taking. This appraisal was returned <br />in the amount o.f $9,100. City Attorney Goodrich has requested that Council authorize Staff to <br />deposit the apprais~ value with the court.
