ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT AND CERTIFICATION OF ASSESSOR Exhibil A THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this ~ day of , 1994, by and between the CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNrESOTA, a Minnesota municipal corporation having its principal office at 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota (City), and Sharp and Associates, inc., a Minnesota business corporation having its principal office at 10907-93rd Avenue North,( Maple Grove, Minnesota, 55369 (I)eveioper): V~qTN~$SETH: V, rHEREAS, the City is administering City Development District No. I created pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.124 through 469.134; and V, q4fEP,~AS, the City is administering Tax Increment Financing District No. 2 created pursuant to Mirirnesota Statutes, Sections 469.1'74 through 469.179; and r WHEREAS, the parties have entered into a Contract for Private Developmem (l)evelopmem A~m'eement), date_,d ..... regarding the development of certain real property located in City Development Dismct No. 1 and Ti~ Increment Financing Dismct No. 2 within the Ciu'~and legally described as Lot 1, Block l, Ra.msey 67 Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota; and V~rH:ERE~S, it is contemplated That pursuant to said Development A~mem the Developer will construct the Improvements described in such Development A~eement and shall complete them prior to August 1, 1996; and WH:E~S, the CiD' and the Developer desire to establish minimt~m market values for said land and the Improvements to be constructed thereon (collectively, the P'roperry), p~suant to Minnesota StatuteS, Secnon 469.177, subdivision g; and WI4_EREAS, the county assessor has reviewed the-plans and specifications for the Improvements which will b~ constructed.
