The City is proposing to recover the cost of the installation and operation and maintenance of the
six subdivision skeet lights by charging a monthly amount of $4.55. The City has established this
rate as being an! adequate amount to recover the cost of installing, operating and maintaining
subdivision street lights in rural subdivision. Any additional rural subdivisions which opt for this
street lighting service will be charged the same rate. The ram will be reviewed periodically, as are
all other charges,'for City services, to ensure adequate revenue. Normally, City rates are adopted
annually. Increases in the rates might be anticipated if operation and maintenance rates are
increased to the City by Anoka Electric Cooperative. The above monthly charge would be billed
quarterly to each~: of the benefitted property owners by Anoka Electric Cooperative as a separate
charge on their utility bill.

PR O.IECT SCHEDULE

This project is technically feasible.
