Councilmember : introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #94-09- RESOLUTION :APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP, INC. FOR THE 199~1 STREET MAINTENANCE PROGRAM - DIVISIONS A AND B (IMPROVEMEI~T PROJECTS ~)4-01 THROUGH #94-11) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on May 24, 1994; and WHERE~S, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted resolutions on Jul3, 12, 1994 awarding the bidsito Allied Blacktop, Inc. for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program - Divisions A and B (Improvemg_nt Projects ~94-01 through #94-11); and WHEREA~S, City Engineer Steven Jankowski has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Allied Blacktop, Inc. in the amount of $71,076.94. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, _.)kNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Allied Blacktop, Inc. for the 1994 Street Maintenance Program - Divisions A and B (Improvement Projects #94-01 through ~K)4- 11) in the amount of $71,076.94. 2) 3) 4) That the City Council hereby accepts the completed work and authorizes the Mayor or City Adminisu'~tor to sign the release form for this partial payment. That the to[al amount of this partial payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of bills forlthe month of September, 1994. That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
