As a p~.rt of this expansion, the current alignment of Feldspar Street N.W. between <br />Riverdale Drive!N.W. and U.S. Highway #10 N.W. will be vacated and reconstructed as shown <br />in the approved ~ivenwick Addition plat. The City will also be selling Outlot C of Rivenwick <br />Addition to Anoka-Ramsey Sports for combination with Lot 1, Block 1, Riverside West Addition <br />for their buildin~ expansion. The proceeds from the sale of this lot goes toward the improvements <br />of Feldspar Strelbt N.W. As you are aware, the City is required to conduct a public heating and <br />enact an ordinanee for the vacation of dedicated street right-of-ways and the sale of publicly owned <br />property. The City will also be recording <br />the vacation at ,~noka County to provide for the construction of the new facility.
