ORDINANCE NO. 94- XX <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN <br />WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey Ordains: <br /> <br />DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- <br />COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />SECTION 1. : AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City <br />of Ramsey, Sect!on 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. VACATION <br /> <br />The following described dedicated street right-of-way is hereby vacated, to-wit: <br /> <br /> Feldspar: Street N.W. between Riverdale Drive N.W. and U.S. Highway #10 N.W. as <br /> dedicated in Riverside West Addition <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
