As outlined in your letter, the proposed project will include the <br />extension of trunk sanitary sewer for approximately 4800 feet to the site and an <br />1 8" sanitary Cewer into the site. In addition, a 16" trunk watermain is to be <br />extended 64¢0 feet along County Road 116 to the site. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and project area, we are <br />confident weican provide high quality services at competitive prices. As requested <br />in your letterlof September 12, 1994, we have split our costs into three areas, <br />basic enginea, ring services, technical engineering services and soil borings and <br />compaction t~sting. Our estimated "not to exceed" costs for basic services and <br />our estimated costs for technical engineering services are as follows: <br /> <br />I. Basic B, ngineerin.g Services <br /> <br />Preparation of plans and specifications for the extension of sanitary <br />Sewer and watermain. <br />identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements required outside <br />~tedicated rights-of-way. <br />Address requirements for dewatering and County Highway permits <br />associated with the construction. <br /> <br />Engineers Landscape Architects Surveyors <br /> <br /> <br />
