HAGEN, II, P.E. <br />Director of Engineering <br /> <br />Mr. Hagen sen, es as the Director of Engineering, dirccting engineering services and serving as Project <br />Manager on special projects. In these capacities, he maintains close working relationships with clients to <br />assure that the total needs of their projects are met. <br /> <br />As a Registered Professional Engineer xvith 12 vears' experience, he has participated in the design and <br />management of a wide variety of projects in both the private and public sector. Typical projects have <br />included residential subdivisions; multi-family developments; commercial and industrial building and <br />site improvements; public municipal improvements; earthwork design; sanitary sewer, storm sewer and <br />water systems design; and parking lot, streets and highway design. <br /> <br />Mr. Hagen's previous experience includes: <br /> <br />Vice President at a Minneapolis based planning and engineering firm performing similar duties as <br />it's present. <br /> <br />Assistant Project Engineer with Rauenhorst Corporation performing quantity takeoffs, cost <br />estimating and assisting in the management of leasehold improvements of several of Rauenhorst- <br />oxvned office buildings. . .- <br /> <br />Mr. Hagen is a Registered Professional Engineer in Minnesota and Wisconsin. He has a Bachelor of <br />Science, Civil Engineering from Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 1981. Mr. Hagen is a <br />member of Chi Epsilon, National Civil Engineering Honor Society; National Society and Minnesota <br />Society of Professional Engineers. <br /> <br /> <br />
