}~ESER VATI~NS <br />Reservations may be made no more than six months in advance with the exception of annual lease <br />arrangements.; <br /> <br />Governmental t~Unctions normally are scheduled at a minimum of three days in advance. However, <br />this requireme_ht may be waived if the need is great or an emergency exists. Governmental <br />functions~rn,.a~y~ ~upersede any other use with or without reservations if (1) three days notice is <br />given; uno t~-J ihere is no other practical alternative. An attempt should be made to find other <br />alternatives and!give three days notice whenever possible. <br /> <br />Organized grou~.s wishing to enter into an annual lease may do so by making application in writing <br />at least 60 days [m advance. Annual leases will be granted only to organized groups providing or <br />whose purpose!is to provide a public service. All leases will be reviewed annually, prior to <br />renewal, for comphance w~th thIs pohcy. <br /> <br />Organized grou~s or the general public may make reservations for use of the facilities in writing <br /> · <br />least 14 days m advance of the event. <br /> <br />FEES AND DEPOSITS <br />The permit is v~Iid only for the date and time specified and must be in the possession of a <br />responsible puny;tat each event. <br /> <br />In order to meet }he maintenance costs which result from continued use of these facilities, a per <br />event, non-refundable fee is charged for all reservations of the facilities, except for the following <br />groups/functions( <br /> <br /> a) Governmental functions <br /> b) Senio~citizen groups <br /> c) Youthlor youth oriented groups (e,g., Bo), or Gi~l Scouts; RYAA) <br /> <br />This rate will be based on a resident versus non-resident basis and will be reviewed and adjusted <br />periodically by Cdmncil resolution. Groups that enter into a one year lease for use of the facilities <br />will be charged th~ per event, non-refundable fee at one half of the normal rate, payable at the time <br />the }ease is entered., into. <br /> <br />Keys may be issued for access to the facilities with a key deposit that is refundable upon return of <br />the key. 'This aleph, sit will be reviewed and adjusted periodically by Council resolution, Transfer <br />of the key to anoth'¢r individual or ~oup is not allowed. Keys cannot be duplicated. Violation of <br />this policy will re~uh in forfeiiure of your deposit and result in revocation of your reservation <br />privilege. <br /> <br />Refundable damage: deposits will be charged to all group using the facilities. This deposit will be <br />returned upon sati};factory inspection after the event., GrOups entering into one-year leases or <br />renting a facility f~ more than one event can roll the damage deposit forward until termination of <br />the lease or the ehd of the scheduled events. This deposit will be reviewed and adjusted <br />periodically by Co}ancil resolution. It is the responsibility of the group utilizing the facility to <br />clean-up the area u{ed, to lock all doors, and turn off all lights before leaving the faci}ity. The need <br />for additional clearling or other maintenance could result in the retention of all or a part of the <br />damage deposit. <br /> <br /> <br />
