FROM ST. FRA]',~CIS BOULEVARD N.W. TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) WHEREA~, by a resolution passed by lhc City Council on September 27, 1994, Ihe City Administrator was d[irectcd to prepare a proposed assessment of thc cost of improvements m 177th Avenue N.W. from St, Fran4is Boulevard N.W. to its caslcrn tcrminus~ and WHEREASi the City Administrator has notified thc City Council thru such proposed asscssmcnl has been completed ~d filed in Iris o£ficc for public inspection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TIlE CITY COUNCIL OF TIIE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOVA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That a publi~' hearing shall be held on October Il, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. at thc Ramscy Municipal Center, m pass upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning propcr~y al'l'c~tcd by such inaprovcmcnl will be givenan opporlunily lo be hoard with rcl'crcncc such assessment. 2) Thal the City~ Administrator is hereby directed to cause a notice of thc public hearing on thc proposed assessment to be published once in thc official newspaper at least two weeks prior to thc hearing, and he shall sram in the notice tile total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed noticcilo be given to tire owncr of each parcel described in thc asscssnltt~l roll nol Icss than ~wo weeks pri~r lo thc hearings. 3) That file owner of any properly so assessed may, at any time prior to certification of tile assessment by the County;~_Auditor, pay the wholc of the assessment of such property, with interest accrued to the dam of payment to thc City, except that no interest shall be charged if thc entire assessment is paid within 3~ days from the adoption of the assessment. Thc owner may at any time, thereafter, pay to thc Cil~, the entire amount of tile assessment remaining unpaid, with interest accrued to December 31 i:ff thc year in which such payment is made..Such payment must be made bcforc November 15 Or inlcrcst will be charged through December 31 of thc succeeding year.
